I have been a customer for two years with Land Art. Great work and care. Martin is very responsive and handles all his work in a very professional way. I have been pleased with the Land Art service, specifically the way they handled the grass in my backyard recently.

Land Art has done an amazing job keeping my grass green and weed free. The owner Marty is very friendly and honest. My technician, Cecil is very professional and polite. They both have taken time and answered my questions I had in regards to my property.

I was very disappointed by Marty actions. You stated you got to my home at 11:41, my husband asked you to move your truck at 11:45. You came to spray the weeds in the rocks and it was raining. It was impossible for you to spray the rocks in the backyard and your response that the weeds in the front was going to die anyway. Really? We pay you upfront for the year, and that's your response? I'm really upset about this situation.

I have been a customer of Land-Art for many years. They have always been professional and do great work. Right now they are in the process of killing a bunch of Crab Grass caused by another company called (A+). Jeff Ragland was very professional when he treated my lawn. I plan to be with Land-Art for many more years. The owner, Marty ,is fantastic. Very professional and accommodating to his customers. Great company!!

I cancelled the service after a year because grass never grew even after all the treatments. I requested they call before showing up for treatments but they often failed at this. Even after cancelling, they still showed up in my yard and starting spraying. I went outside and told them to stop because I cancelled and didn't want to continue on. The worker said "Okay sorry, I didn't know you cancelled, you were still on my route. I already sprayed half so I'll finish then leave." I said I didn't want the chemicals in my yard anymore because I had a small baby who crawls around outside. He still completed the treatment. Then we were sent a bill. I tried talking to the owner Marty about this. He seemed to understand we were stopping service. It's been several months and we keep receiving the bill. He then sent it to collections. Very frustrating and unethical business practice. Also, the grass never grew.
