l live in a neighborhood/developement where Bellas does the entire area. They do not have enough workers for the size of the developemnet/neighborhood. So they are here every day M-F. Not a big enough crew to get an area done efficiently. So you hear their equipment continuously. ie. a single mower for a large area, then trimmers, then hours later power blowers. Right now they are mowing brown grass that does not even need cutting. Going over the same brown grass more than once. Skipping a week where there has been little or no rain is better for the environment, the grass and noise pollution. I think they would be good if they were doing a smaller area.

I have been a loyal customer to this company for over 10 years! I called to schedule for a sprinkler line repair and had to leave a message. No one called me back for over 2 days. Then I had to call back to schedule my service. They Never showed up and two hours after the appt time called to say the technician called in sick that day and that they could reschedule to come out later the following week! I asked to
Please have the owner call me back and he never did. This clearly proves they don’t need my business!

BEWARE!! Disappointed is an understatement!! A rip off when it comes to billing. Requested a service call for a leak in my sprinkler system. It was in the same area for a repair I had a few weeks earlier. A serviceman came out the first time by himself moved a line and made a repair. I called and explained there was a leak in the same area. The second call resulted with two service men showing up. While one serviceman made the repair, the other one walked around and didn’t do anything. I get this ridiculous bill in the mail a few days ago for service back in September. I was told I was billed for an hour of work for two servicemen. Really!! Especially, when the second man didn’t do anything!! They just lost my business and anyone that I know who considers them for service!!!!

I live in a condo and I have direct TV... dealing with this company is horrible. I'm not sure if every other month they hire someone new????? Because that's when our wires on the satellite is always messed up. I guess they don't see that big dish sitting in the grass. Direct tv came out in july to fix the problem and now guess what? They'll be back on Tuesday to fix Bellas problem that they caused again.

If you have a nice vehicle beware these guys will cut grass and throw it all over your vehicle with their lawn mowers and whatever else might be in the grass like Rocks sticks etc. Had them do this to my vehicle at the apartment complex I live in 4x spoke with the on-site supervisor multiple times and even someone over the supervisor on their crew at the site but they don't care it keeps happening either the workers are incompetent or management is incompetent stay away if you value your vehicle or anything that you own nice on property.
