I had a new furnace and A/C installed Sherry was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Tim installed my furnace and A/C and was very professional and very clean. They were on time I told Sherry I might be having surgery and she scheduled my install within a week. Tim had my furnace up and running the first day so I was able to use it. They also installed my Dad's furnace. Very good company to deal with! Highly recommend!!

Since it's been relatively cool recently, I didn't power up my Central Air until the weekend of 5/23-5/24, It's not cooling my house down. I have a home warranty with Choice Home Warranties, being that they were closed on the Memorial Day Holiday, I called on TUE 5/26 and was assigned to Bob's Home Service Heating and Air Conditioning with an appointment on TUE 6/02, but they told me I can contact the service provider directly to arrange something earlier. I made contact with them on that day as well around 10:00 am. Spoke with Sherry, who told me that they were busy with their "regular customers" and that she would try to fit me in on THU 5/28 or FRI 5/29. I call again the next day, WED 5/27 to confirm some kind of appointment with her, NOTHING. Keeps going to their voice mail. I call daily with no response, I have emailed them, and I have used the CONTACT option on their website. Today is the original appointment, tried to contact them again, NOTHING. Very unprofessional. I would never use them on a voluntary basis.

We had been assigned this company through Choice home warranty. We waited a week for them to come out and fix our AC unit. They were supposed to come between 11am and 3pm and they never came or called. I called them twice and the warranty company called them twice and they have not returned the calls. If the warranty company assigns this company to you, call them and make them change it to a new company! As you can see if am not the only one with a complain about how unprofessional this company is. I filled a complaint through choice home warranty. Hopefully they will be removed!

Terrible service. It took them over a month later than originally promised to start installation of brand-new furnace and central air. I was told it would take two weeks for the installation but the installation ended up taking three months. I'm a repeat customer and was promised a discount because of all the problems that I received, but only received a 2.5% discount on my $8000 installation. I found out two months after the installation that they left a duct open in the attic so that they could have air-conditioning in the attic during the installation, nice to know that I had been paying to cool off my attic for the first four months I had the AC running. It was then that I realize that they hadn't even install the filter on the furnace. I've spoken to the owner Sherri many times, I've used them many times in the past. I started using Bobs Home Services back when Sherri's father Bob still owned the company and I never had any problems then.I voiced all of my concerns during installation with Sherry, who blamed her installers for all of the discrepancies and miscommunication, Meanwhile all of the installers would complain that it was Sherri who kept scheduling them on other jobs during the installation which at times prevented them from coming out for a week at a time. Meanwhile my new wife and I were waiting for them to finish the installation so we could move into our new home. I will never use Bobs home services again.
