Dan was very informative he answered all my questions and then some. His quote was fair and honest. Mitch and Todd installed a full HVAC system for us, they were very professional and through handled all the obstacles my house threw at them with ease and humor. I highly recommend this company. When we are ready for a hot water tank they will be who we call. You won't be sorry if you hire them!

Jimmy and Collin were here for a full furnace and A/C replacement and did an excellent quality installation. Neatly and professionally done, they cleaned up each day and were courteous and careful when working. Enjoying the new American Standard equipment, so much quieter than my old units and, hopefully, much more efficient.

The technician diagnosed a thermostat problem in less than a minute and could have just left it at that and charged me for the basic hour fee. But he happened to also notice that the compressor was really dirty, so he offered to clean that so that I get the most for the basic fee. I appreciated the attitude and the service.

Called for a non working AC unit on a commercial retail building and Calverley had a tech out, and the repair made in a very timely fashion. Unit went out again a few weeks later due to another issue and Calverley had a tech out and had me up and running within the hour. I will definitely be using them again for all my commercial and residential HVAC needs. This company went above and beyond very impressive.

I am sadly disappointed in the service that we received. They said that the heat exchanger was faulty and we needed to change it, due to a large amount of carbon monoxide was coming from it. I spoke with the technician and he said that they did not work with Carrier units but they would change the whole furnace for thousands of dollars.
They had worked on our unit the year before but never told us that they did not work on Carrier. So I called another company and was told that the heat exchanger was under warranty. I called the owner of Calvary and told him what the technician said. That it was something that they could not do, but the owner assured me that they could do it and it was a misunderstanding. He did say it would be cheaper to go through a Carrier Dealer though. So I did decided to go that route.
The technician told us that he did do all the maintenance and cleaned everything.
When the new technician came out. He said it was not the heat exchanger at all. He said the gas to the unit was extremely high and that the unit itself was extremely dirty. He cleaned the unit and set the gas properly, retested and the carbon monoxide was not a problem.
I am so sad because I trusted Calvary and I have been paying a maintenance plan that obviously was not done properly.
I would suggest that if you do use them. Double check what they say. Get a second opinion. As this could have cost us so much more money instead of $150.

I spoke to one of the girls and explained that the other company said that the furnace had not been cleaned and that the gas was turned up very high and that would cause the carbon monoxide to register high. She assured me that she would reach out to the owner and he would either call me back that day or first thing Wednesday morning as he was out of town. I did not receive a call as expected and assume I would not hear from him, so I decided not to pursue anything from this point. I am not trying to harm a small business but I am trying to make awareness that it is important to double check things when it does not make sense to you.
I had all the confidence in the world with this company until I had their work double checked and was shown the proof that the furnace was not maintained as we were told.
