Overcashier & Horst installed a new Trane furnace and air conditioner for my mother at her home in Monroe, MI. The entire process was flawless from proposal through scheduling, installation and project closeout. The two installers were early each day, professional and completed the job in a workmanlike manner. Coordination and paperwork from the office was timely and accurate. Overcashier & Horst had been servicing my 29 year old AC unit for a few years and advised me it wouldn’t make it another Summer. Not at all pushy but I would have waited until it failed in this past heat wave had they not been proactive calling me in March and getting some AC options in front of me. Their Salesman Brady went thru the options with detail and we picked the best unit for our home and budget. Got it in a few weeks before the heat wave and we are so thankful!! Even informed us of some Tax Credits we will take advantage of saving us quite a bit in net cost. Really appreciate their professional approach during installation also! The technicians called in advance to work around our schedule as best they could, vacuumed everyday (we had an attic install very difficult), and the work they did was top notch. Way better quality than it was before with duct work and drain pan. Made suggestions and improved the attic area before they left. Office paperwork was easy and handled professionally at their office by Christi (sp?). Very nice. I highly recommend.

Superb service. This company is very reliable. Adam and Logan were knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, prompt, and kept work area tidy for the 3 days they were here. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend. Thank you for addressing our a/c and humidifier issues.

Sales person was Brady very informative when you call i would ask for him great person to deal with. The installer's were Nick and Jake they did a stellar job i will continue too use them for our service's. They installed a furnace and A.C. unit and some duct work in 2 days the furnace they installed and had running same day they also provided space heater while they worked so your not cold your not gonna find another company like them

Edit to answer owner : I am NOT a first time customer ( Overcashier installed my heat pump, so if this is how they treat a customer like me, imagine how they will treat you. ) and I was going to schedule all of my properties to be worked on. You do not just accept or “Schedule” 3 days ahead then end up not sending anyone, nor could they even guarantee it the day after. On a different note, owner just basically said if you are an old customer, you’ll maybe be taken care of, but if you’re new you’re on your own even if it’s an emergency. ( I asked for emergency scheduling and was willing to pay more but they declined. )
Scheduled to get a non Cooling AC ( Freezing lines. ) to get fixed. They scheduled 3 days in advance but on the day of, they never called or showed up.
Asked to see if they can fix it on the 4th day/next day early in the morning and was informed that it could not be done but they said they will "Try".
Being left with inside temperatures at over 80F and they won't even do an emergency call. Highly do not recommend if you need any quick fixes.
