Had my duct work cleaned, and found out my plenum under the furnace and under my garage floor was all rotted and needed replaced. Having a 28 year old furnace, this was not an option for me, instead, I decided to replace the furnace, and a/c as well. I called a total of 6 companies out to provide an estimate. The last company, should have been my first company to call. Chris from A1 Heating came out and spend the necessary time to explain EVERYTHING to me, and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of the heating and cooling of my home. They received the job, and were out to install the job in only 2 weeks. There was no rush on my part. Between Chris monitoring the job, and the guys that were out to do the install, they were all AMAZING! The work crew did an OUTSTANDING job with EVERYTHING!!!!!! If you are in need of ANY heating or a/c work, be it a repair or complete replacement, be sure to check them out! I will be referring them to everyone I know that needs a service like theirs. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!

Extremely disrespectful and no compassion for their elderly customers who have been with them over 30 yrs! My grandma has had issues for over 2 yrs gets charged a service fee for the thing to up and not work the next day. The " owner " one of the lady's said and I quote " maybe you're grandma shouldn't live alone " umm excuse me who are you to assume further more how is that not rude and disrespectful! Customer service skills suck. We won't be using them from here on out! Go take some respect classes!!

I have used them in the past and was VERY disappointed with the tech that was sent. I already had an idea of what was wrong with my air and also let the person I spoke with and they said that’s what it sounded like. The tech got to my house and said my Freon was bone dry and they no longer make that Freon anymore and there was no solution. Quoted me $4650 for a new unit. Called another company for a second opinion. They listened to me and it was the capacitor. Other company had it changed in 5 minutes and they offer a solution for the banned R22 Freon. There was nothing wrong with the Freon!! Please be aware of the techs representing your business!!!! I have trusted them in the past but was truly let down!!! I shouldn’t have had to pay $100 service call for your tech to give false information!! Very misleading and felt very taken advantage of!!!

Made AC maintenance appointment 4 weeks ago. Was given a window between 12-5pm for service to show up.
Took 1/2 day off work.
Was called 40 minutes before appointment window and told I would need to reschedule because they’re too busy with other services. Next available was more than 3 more weeks out! Poor customer service!

Had an appointment today and was waiting for them to call. I was at work when my phone rang. As soon as I heard it I went to check my phone to see who called. I called back and apologized for missing the one minute call. The man told me they only give customers two minutes to answer then they call someone else. I said it was only one minute. The man was RUDE and told me I had to makes another appointment. I've been a loyal customer for years and this is the treatment they give wow! I like the work they do but they need someone with patience and manners. If I'm being treated like my business doesn't matter to them maybe I should go somewhere that would. Please do better you don't want to lose business with loyal customers.
