I've never been happy dealing with any HVAC company until now. Scott, the technician, was as professional as they come and is a great credit to his company. He not only completed the company's 21 point inspection of our furnace with great thoroughness but with great integrity too. He showed himself very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in great depth, despite the fact that his company had nothing further to gain from us at this time beyond the inspection itself. The Shamy company has fully earned my trust and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

I called about our grandsons furnace in their mobile home and was very concerned because they weren’t getting any heat and have a baby and little girl and it’s very cold today.
Scott called me nd explained everything to me and said he could go there today. He was so,polite and helpful and got their furnace running. We so appreciate his quick response and the service he provided.

Our furnace broke down. Sammy from Shammy came within the hour and fixed the thermostat and the furnace so that we have the heat for now. He then arranged the team to contact the following day for unit replacement. He was thoroughly professional and courteous during his visit.

Scott was very thorough with our furnace check as well as being kind and considerate. He took the time to explain what he did and answer all my questions. He helped me understand which is the best filter for our particular furnace. I appreciate Scott and Shamy.
