The portions are good, but the regular sushi rolls are not very good. I got sick 2 hours after eating it. Also, the girl taking our order was rude. She asked my boyfriend if we were “done yet”when we were looking at the menu (relatively good distance away from where you would order) and when I was ordering she wouldn’t even look at me and kept asking my boyfriend questions instead of the person ordering :////

Placed an order for 3 buckeye rolls with no tempura or crunch ontop online. (Done this numerous times where I select no tempura with no issue, and they just don’t add the stuff ontop) Came into the store got my order went back to the car and saw the receipt said no tempura but it was added ontop still. Showed to a worker inside and basically tried to gaslight me that I didn’t click something right on the site for ordering, showed her there’s only one button for removing tempura and that it hadn’t changed since I made any order before. Told me no refund initially then said she could do a store credit, no I want my money back for the 3 orders that were wrong. I mean think about it, I’m on the way back from work now the food is wrong, and I’m out of my money I spent. Told her I wasn’t interested in any credit if I couldn’t receive a refund for a clear mistake. Asked to speak to someone in charge and she said the woman behind her was the one who just told her to what to tell me. Pretty abysmal for customer service. Been going to this place for almost 10 years, since it was called Sakura . Will not return. Thanks.

It’s a nice little place, staff are very friendly, foods a bit on the pricy side. Salads was fresh, dumplings were good. The teriyaki steak was burnt though, 1/3 I tossed Bc it was too hard to chew. Also way too much wasabi for 4 pieces of sushi, can save some food cost there. Maybe the other entrees may turn out better

The chicken Teriyaki was amazing, and the fried was was good, but I give the rice a 5 out of 10. The service was friendly fast. Food was cook to order.

Food definitely changed within the last 6 months, I ordered extra teriyaki sauce and clearly didn’t get it, the sauce is actually what makes the meal great. I was asked to rate the food on my way to pick up the order I gave it a 9 now I take it back 🙄
