We had a large order scheduled, not only were they on time, but the pizzas were fresh and looked perfect! 10/10 recommend :) Pickle bread is a must as well! Perfect combination of pickles and ranch!

J-cups is our go to pizza joint and the food is generally good. Beware of ordering delivery because they do not provide their own delivery. Instead, the use third party delivery services which will often make multiple deliveries at a time. We live 5 minutes down the road and received our pizza 40 minutes after it came out of the oven, per their own tracker. Needless to say, it was cold.
When the delivery people admitted that they made multiple deliveries at once they stated they spent several minutes deciding which boxes went to which delivery because they had mixed them up. I can only assume that means they were opening and examining each food item to determine what went where. This is frankly disgusting and a poor practice.

Great pizza haven't had them in years glad I tried them again. So the peanut butter and jelly pizza is crazy good. The stuffed crust pepperoni pizza also hit the spot.

I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza the other day from here. On the phone they told me it’d be a 30 minute wait. Well I showed up about 25 minutes later and they again told me it’d be about another 10 minutes. Well 15 whole minutes after that and I finally get my pizza.
I ordered a pepperoni but got a cheese pizza. Didn’t notice til I opened the box at home. It was also room temp almost cold like it sat around for awhile. When I called them to tell them about it they said there was nothing they could do and I “should’ve checked in the restaurant to make sure it was the right order” which shouldn’t be my job to do. It should be the employees.
So I got the wrong order, had to wait 40 minutes for it, and it was cold. Oh and if you’re using card they add a $3.50 “conscience fee” to all card payments. They need to hire staff that knows what they’re doing and can handle cooking and selling pizzas. I will not be back
