The wine list was great and the food was delicious and well presented. It was very welcoming on the inside but it was too warm for my comfort. The service was excellent.

If you know me, then you know I'm an avid food-aholic and I try and give props to places that are just amazing! Tonight's date night dinner was at Georgios which, if you're not familiar with the city, is a hidden gem. A family owned and run restaurant with a long running history, this place hit all the feels. Great classy intimate atmosphere without feeling stiff or stuffy, phenomenal food selection and preparation thanks to their talented chef and kitchen staff, and the service is above and beyond. Did I mention the valet parking as well? I mean... seriously! All the qualities of fine dining with a reputable reputation without high city prices. Don't get me wrong, don't expect to pay $20 for a plate! But be aware that you're getting a quality sumptuous dinner that's worth the price tag associated with it. I had the specialty trout topped with lump crab and he had the grass fed veal chop. Would definitely recommend giving this lovely place a try and we will most certainly be repeat patrons ❤️

The STEAK along with the Chicken&Shrimp were excellent! Best taste! So much flavor!!
This place was absolutely beautiful. Lighting was perfect. Mood was perfect. We were thrilled to have chosen this place to dine for the first time. THANK YOU! We will be back!!

We went to Georgios for the first time ever and will probably not be back. It seems to want to be a fine dining restaurant, but the quality of the meal just doesn't live up to its high price. Everything seems dated and even the clientele seemed tk be quite dated as well.
The cup of French onion soup was Itty bitty and didn't taste that great, especially for 15 dollars. The lobster bisque while tasting ok, had only two miniscule pieces of lobster in it, and the rest was flavored water.
Even the bread they give is not warm, is very dense, and has no flavor. It's like they didn't even use salt to flavor it before the dough rose.
My 12 Oz steak was cooked ok but the amount of fat I had to cut off was overly ridiculous for the price. My wife got the Mahi Mahi, which was overcooked and dry, and the worst offending item was the Beef Torneador (or whatever it was named). About two hours after my brother ate it, he was throwing up and said it felt like his intestines were being ripped out. We were told that it was more than likely food poisoning, and that was the only thing he had different from us.
The food wasn't the only issue. While our waiter was nice, it's hard to think of a place as upscale and worth the prices Georgios is trying to charge when your waiter has a shirt with visible holes in it.
Even if he didn't get food poisoning, the rest of the issues just make us never want to return. It's dated, too expensive for what they are doing, and just makes for a pretty bad experience. I don't mind spending money for good food and a good experience, unfortunately you won't find either at Georgios.

Very friendly and kind staff. Veal picatta was fantastic and the NY strip was quite good as well. Cheesecake was a bit dry, but still not bad. Lobster bisque was some of the best I've ever had.
Despite being very good food, I still feel it is overpriced. It's the only reason I didn't give 4 stars. If I'm going to spend $200 on dinner it should be better than very good. If main dishes were priced perhaps 20% less then I would give it a 5.
Beyond that, no complaints at all. Nice, quaint restaurant!
