I haven't been to BD's in a long while. And after this review you will understand why I will NEVER return again. I received an email on my birthday for a BOGO BYO Bowl. Sadly we don't have a BDs in our hometown we had to drive 30 mins to this location. We arrived at approximately 6 pm. The host stated to the couple in front of our family, that it may be 10-15 mins before getting seated. So we waited. Expecting a short wait. Children are restless from the ride and hungry. The host never returned. The dinning room had 2 tables of 5-6 people. The other tables had debris and trash and tips on them. The floor was extremely slippery from someone using too much detergent. It gets worse. We didn't get seated until 645. Our food was ordered at 7 and the first plate an adult plate came first. The kids and myself got our plates another 15 mins later after inquiring what the hold up on the food was? The chef came out 10 mins into our meal and asked us how the food was? It was great too bad it took forever to get and we could've done a better job ourselves. the waitress tried her very best to make it right. But in the end this place needs to be shut down. It's filthy and disgusting. It's a safety hazard to people walking on their greasy floor. And the side room where the employees hang out and gossip smelled like someone just bought a bag of weed and opened it up.. BD corporate needs to step in and shut it down before a lawsuit bankrupts them. I have more pictures and recorded videos of the conversations in the kitchen and side room that have been sent to the health department. The crazy part is there wasn't any cameras in the dining room and I casually walked the entire dining room and easily could've taken the tips left on the table or had access to the bar up front. No one said a word to me. It was as if the employees didn't care. Even the other patrons looked at me and when I explained what was happening they were flabbergasted that no one was doing a thing to clean up the lobby and dining room. $17 a bowl would've been worth it if the service and atmosphere were up to par but this place is a dump. And the staff don't give a damn. Toodles.

Instantly when you walk in there was no a/c, super hot in there specially in a 85 degree day.
The waitress too a long time to even greet us, it was super slow when we got there. Only 2 other tables. Lot of employees, but they loved to sit over in the corner on their phones. After she greeted us she kept disappearing. Once we put our food up to the grill, the lady running the grill kept looking up from the corner booth and kept calling and getting on her phone. Finally she got up to cook it after several minutes. Once the food was done, even the other table had to go serve themselves instead of the server getting our tables and their tables food. Our sever kept avoiding us. We asked for our check and kept avoiding to cash us out and going to other tables. Food was great but place was hot, dirty silverware, place was filthy (almost to the point where we questioned even eating here), floor had debris over it, not just in one spot, my sandals kept sticking to the floor. The tables were sticky and same with thr chairs. The placed needed a good wash down.

Horrible experience, everything was sticky. We waited for 30 minutes for the waiter to even come to our table, she then said “I’m sorry I didn’t know you were my table” after walking past us and giving dirty looks because she was mad she got sat. We then waited for 45 minutes for the cook to make our meal on the grille, there was nothing stocked and when I asked if there was more on *blank* they said no it’s frozen and we’re not un freezing it. I said ugh, okay sorry I asked. Then they said yeah well and rolled their eyes.the cook burnt everything and my boyfriend had completely finished his meal by the time I got mine off the grille. The waitress was so rude, only came to our table twice. One to give the bowls and the other to bring the check. The host got our drinks for us.
I wish we wouldn’t have paid and just left when we weren’t even acknowledged.

Food was okay honestly. I had higher expectations, and was not impressed with their service. The buffet area was not very clean and they were not doing a good job keeping the food bins full. We ordered a sampler appetizer and it was not good. Crab ragoons had little to no filling. Definitely will be trying a different location. Loved the concept of creating your own dish, just was not an appetizing atmosphere. Restaurant needs a remodel and looks run down, surprised there still in business...

We went for a dinner date. When we showed up, they were not busy at all and we were seated right away. They were super nice and helpful about the menu as it was my first time here.
They were very accommodating. The food came out quick and was SO good! Portion sizes are large. The egg rolls were the best I've ever had and the famous fried rice was so yummy!! We went back a second time a few days later.
