We were in town for a hockey game. Needed breakfast found something hearty and good short walk from our hotel, which was terrific... The broomhouse had a great selection of food, clean of areas and terrific service will be back

The burger was served raw. Tater tots were served cold. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, which is unfortunate because the restaurant itself is beautiful and has amazing views.

We were staying at the hotel and came down for a few cocktails. The service was slow at the bar, even though they appeared to have enough staff, and the staff seemed uninterested in being there. It was very crowded due to number of holiday parties but no one had a sense of urgency except the bar backs. We left after one round of expensive cocktails. Do not order an Old Fashion here - the bartender that made ours had no idea what he was doing.
The atmosphere was excellent and we loved the outdoor area.
I am hopeful it was just an off night and maybe the staff was overwhelmed and tired from the holiday season. We will try again if we are back in the area.

We had a party of 13 attending Chef's Table Series: A Celebration of Love. Menu posted below, along with a few dinner pics. Dinner reservations ran a little late, but that didn't put a damper on the evening. Our wait staff were attentive, accommodating, pleasant & provided a great upscale dining experience. The ambiance was romantic & fun. The food was amazing! A 7 course dinner with a variety of foods to address anyone's dining palate. What a wonderfully fun & delicious dining experience! Each course perfectly paired with an adult drink. Chef Mike came out to tell us about each course. He was polite, addressed questions, but he was definitely kept busy that evening. My only complaint for the evening was the walleye dish was not hot. Mine & a couple of other's fish were more cold than warm. I was disappointed because it was tasty until I got to the cold part. To their defense they offered to remake each of ours. We declined because everyone else was already finishing up their course. Just didn't want to be the cause of further delay. Otherwise I cannot wait to have dinner there again. Definitely worth a second visit.

My family and I tried the brim house for the first time & my experience was not what I was expecting. The space is beautiful and the staff is friendly, but I waiting for sometime for the waitress to take drink orders, she did seem to have maybe been “double sat.” ( meaning the host sat her two tables back to back ) and I understand that.. but I was first almost given the wrong dish , and after that my husband got his order while my son and I waiting for ours but we did not wait for a couple minutes we waited until about 10 minutes AFTER my husband FINISHED his meal .. my son got his bone in rib-eye and it was cooked to perfect and my salmon was very good also .. I do wish it was cooked a little more , but it wasn’t under done and after waiting so long I didn’t want to send it back and wait even longer. I did also order a Tito’s dirty martini and whomever made the bleu cheese olives deserves jail time. They were by far the worst bleu cheese olives I have ever had in my life.
