I had scheduled a hydrafacial a week before my wedding. When I went in, the esthetician asked me questions like if I ever had a hydrafacial before or if I normally exfoliate. My answer being no, she explained to me that hydrafacials ultimately pull out all the bad stuff and she had concerns that it might actually give me acne for my wedding in just a few short days. I genuinely appreciated her honesty to lose an appointment that day and keep ME in her best interest. She did a quick spot treatment, gave me samples so I look beautiful on my big day and then we rescheduled the hydrafacial for after the wedding as she feels I still would benefit from it just not before my wedding. This kind of honesty doesn't happen everywhere so I wanted to make a point to give them kudos on their customer service!
