I recently visited Haven Beauty Salon in Perrysburg for a haircut, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! My hairdresser, Lauren, took the time to listen to my preferences and provided valuable suggestions. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the service. I left the salon feeling absolutely thrilled with my haircut. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Lauren at Haven, I have very fine hair and she knows how to cut, style and recommend product. You will not be disappointed.

I'd like to update my review! Coming from over 100 yrs of family businesses, which include health and wellness industries, wineries, and medical aesthetics, a good business sense is to one, not get perturbed when someone asks for pricing, especially when they're clearly not posted....nor is there a website to view! It's our job and responsibility as business owners/operators to answer consumers and their inquiries without presenting some odd, put off attitude.... almost to the point of reacting a bit maniacal! Again, being a business owner myself for over 30+ years with a family business including my own business, business 101 lesson, and I reiterate, never let your customers see your reactions to just common questions that are absolutely fair and valid as a consumer. Please get used to this or, better yet, invest in a lovely designed website to direct your patrons to, when needed, a lovely website that lists treatments/prices.
Obtaining a "business status" is much more involved than slapping an LLC at the end of your business name. Again, I've been in the business and entrepreneurial family industry since I could take my first baby steps, and was taught by the best of the best.....an amazing Italian immigrant that knew, instinctively, how to treat customers/clients and react appropriately when questions would arise! Please don't be so arrogant to the point that one could not learn from others. The old saying... knowledge, wisdom, and maturity comes from practice and from years of actually owning your own business. If you can not grasp the basics.....then I must say...."You don't know, and you don't know that you don't know." A bit redundant....but read between the lines, and hopefully, you'll be able to decipher this and succeed!
My father, a business owner and a very successful owner for over 70 yrs, always taught us good business sense 101....never let your clients, customers, or patients pick up on your "bad day" mannerisms or inabilities to cope.
I was always taught to embrace others and their business ventures because GIRLS will compete....but real WOMEN embrace, so I'm passing along helpful information in hopes that one will continue to grow, love(not just yourself), and flourish in both personal and business aspects. Take this on board from others who have been business owners much longer and have the mental maturity and capacity this fast-paced business world.
Finally, at the very least, please learn not to show your personal moods for a particular encounter because this will definitely inhibit growth. Internet is not the only avenue as to how good or bad news is passed along because with social media, one could claim to be whatever they want others to believe, but the truth will surface...even through just one client's unpleasant experience.
All that being said, I believe the actual owner of this salon has a very clean, fresh, and cheerful environment!

Okay, so this is my new go-to salon in Northwest Ohio! I had a full highlight done by the owner, Tiffany. She did an excellent job and I am over the moon with the results! I will definitely be going back for my next highlight in a few months! The staff altogether was very professional and the salon was very clean. Loved the overall vibe of the salon and my experience was nothing but superb!

Undeniably, the best salon out there! Customer service is impeccable. They make me feel like I'm getting the full spa treatment when I walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly and engaging that it also feels like family. I'm also OBSESSED with their hair care line. I have naturally curly hair and have searched for years & years to find a good curl product that lasts and doesn't make me frizzy an hour into an event...well I found my treasure!! The Twirl Cream is honestly the best product I have ever used on my curls!!! Thanks for all you do HAVEN!!!
