Diane Vanderhoff always does a wonderful job and has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. The entire Michael Roberts Salon staff are friendly and attentive. They cut men's and women's hair. The salon is very clean and all precautions are in place. 100 % satisfied every time. Very clean and professionally run. I highly recommend it. !

Love the new location!
Miki has been doing my hair for over 20 years, she is amazing. I like the decor, perfect mix of salon and welcoming vibes.
Always good conversation while getting the hair done. They offer waxing as well.

I had my hair colored by Katie Kyle. I told her that my hair had been previously colored… She did highlights the first time and they had bright orange roots, I let her know two days later and she fixed it. Then I went back and asked for lighter blonde and darker roots… she spent 3 hours applying bleach and then going back in and painting dark on my scalp. She started to dry it and it started to melt off. She knew it was breaking a lot…. She even pushed my hand away when I went to feel it because I was concerned. It dried and looked okay and I left. The VERY NEXT DAY i noticed that the roots look terrible. They are harsh lines and no blending at all. I took a shower and my hair was coming off in my hands!!!!! Chunks. Huge amounts of hair. I got out of the shower and just cried. I have to cut Atleast 6 inches off, because it’s just falling off my head. I texted her to tell her what was happening, and she immediately became aggressive. Saying I didn’t tell her it was previously colored, when we talked about it before my first appointment. And at my first appointment. And during her bleaching it the second time. Repeating “no refunds”. My hair is literally breaking off. She has no remorse. I look like a skunk with mange. She doesn’t care. I will be taking this matter to the BBB and attorney general. And contacting the board of cosmetology.

Teresa Nye has been my stylist for years. She is amazing.! The salon is beautifully decorated....very modern and yet cozy. Always a wonderful experience!
